PRESENTATION

Attendance at the sales presentation lasting approximately 120 minutes is required. Transportation to and from the presentation is not provided.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Once your reservation is confirmed, you have 1 complimentary reschedule within 3 days of booking your travel dates. You may request changes up to 30 days prior to check-in date with a $75 nonrefundable change fee. Rescheduling is not allowed within 30 days of check-in date. For residents of MI, ND, NM, and TX, cancellations must be made in writing within 15 calendar days of purchase or package is nonrefundable. ACCOMMODATIONS

Your studio at Wild Oak Ranch sleeps up to 4 guests at a package price of $299 ($639 average retail value). Average retail value is based on the average of current and projected room rates at the time of publication, which are subject to change without notice. Actual retail value is the rack rate during occupancy. An upgrade to a larger room may be available for an additional fee.
